Domestic raw materials for Russian manufacturers
On the 20th of December Lanitex-Optima-7 LLC put into operation surfactants plant in Nikolskoe (the Leningrad region). The opening ceremony was hold in the presence of the Leningrad region Governor Valeriy Serdyukov who together with the representative of the plant shareholders General manager of Zavod sintanolov LLC Sergey Rybalchenko carried out a symbolic “starting-up”of two processing units. Surfactants plant built according to the technology of Italian company Ballestra has a huge potential for production of anionic and amphoteric surfactants (sulphoethoxylates, LABSK, betaines) as well as different additives, extensively used by shampoos, gels, liquid detergents producers. Pilot batches of all products range, produced during guarantee tests of units confirmed all quality parameters which are fundamentals of the technology. “This is a breakthrough in the Russian surfactants industry, which could completely substitute import deliveries”, said during the opening ceremony member of the board of Russian Perfume and Cosmetics Association S.Semyonov.
