The Government of Nizhny Novgorod region supervises the installation of the new plant of Zavod sintanolov LLC
On September 12th 2011 the Deputy Governor, the Vice-Chairman of the Government of Nizhny Novgorod region, Mr. Dmitry Svatkovsky visited the production site of Zavod sintanolov LLC in Dzerzhinsk to evaluate the rate of realization of the new innovative project - the installation of the oxyethylation plant. The project is being realized as a part of the investment program in cooperation with Italian company Desmet Ballestra since April 2011. The Government of the Nizhny Novgorod region pays greater attention to the development of the industrial potential of the region. "New facilities mean not only the increase of volumes and assortment of the products, but also the creation of new working places and additional contribution to the region's budget" - said Mr. Svatkovsky. The commissioning activities with manufacturing of the first products on the new plant, constructed on the base of innovative technologies, are scheduled till the end of the year. It is already the second investment project of the company, which was implemented during this year. The successful start-up on the new sulphonation plant took place in May 2011. Zavod sintanolov LLC is the leading Russian manufacturer of detergents - raw materials used in detergent production, cosmetics, pharmaceutical industries and other. The company was founded in 2003 on the basis of the ethoxylation plant of "Kaprolaktam JSC" ("Sibur-Neftekhim JSC"). The company has currently two production sites.
